PoolPot Privacy Policy

This page explains what PoolPot (https://poolpot.fun, "we", "us") sees when you use the site, and what we do with it. The short version: there are no accounts, no passwords, no e-mail sign-up and no advertising trackers. The site works from your wallet, and almost everything it shows comes straight from public blockchain data.

1. What we do not collect

  • No name, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth or postal address.
  • No password. There is nothing to reset and nothing for us to leak.
  • No payment card details. Tickets are paid in USDC from your own wallet.
  • No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.

2. Your wallet address

When you connect a wallet, the site reads your public wallet address so it can show your tickets, pools, prizes and auto-buy plans. Your address, your ticket numbers and every transaction you sign are recorded on the Base blockchain by design. That record is public, permanent and outside our control; anyone can read it with a block explorer.

The site never shows other players' addresses, and we do not keep a server-side list of who connected.

3. Sign-in message

To act on the site you sign a free "Sign-In with Ethereum" message. The signed session is kept only in your browser's session storage for that tab and expires after 24 hours or when you close the tab. It is not sent to any server we run.

4. Data stored in your browser

  • Terms acceptance: when you tick "I accept the Terms", the site stores the time and the wallet address in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again until the Terms change.
  • Wallet connection preferences saved by your wallet software or by the wallet-connection library.

You can clear all of this at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

5. Services that see your requests

The site is a static page. When it loads or when you use it, your browser talks directly to these third parties, each of which sees your IP address and the request it receives:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts and serves the site.
  • Base RPC providers, which the site queries for on-chain data and through which your wallet sends transactions.
  • Megapot's public API, requested through our site for draw results and jackpot figures.
  • Reown (WalletConnect), when you connect a mobile wallet through their relay, and your own wallet software.

Each of them handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent or share anything with anyone for marketing.

6. Server logs

Cloudflare may keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) to run and protect the service. We do not build profiles from them.

7. E-mail

If you write to hello@poolpot.fun or support@poolpot.fun, we keep the conversation for as long as needed to answer you. Never send private keys or seed phrases to anyone, including us.

8. Children

The site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top changes when we do.
